In this program, we explore wine's ultimate paradox: Which came first, great wine or good terroir? In each class, we examine a single element in luxury wines, one which is often mistaken for terroir. In nine weeks, we explore the fine differences between the human and natural in the creation of a perfect bottle of wine.
